Where the sun kisses the sea and the beats echo through the night, Ibiza whispers tales of freedom and enchantment.

Ibiza is so much more than its nightlife. For decades, it has been a Mediterranean escape for artists, creatives and musicians, a place where bohemian spirit, nature, fashion, food, architecture and a very effortless kind of luxury come together.

What I loved most is the way the island balances wilderness and sophistication. From its whitewashed architecture, natural stone, warm textures and archetypal Mediterranean interiors to beautifully designed beach spots that feel completely connected to their surroundings.

And then there is Formentera — because, for me, Ibiza is simply not complete without it. Just a short boat or ferry ride away, it feels like the Spanish Maldives: turquoise water, white sand and endless natural beauty. My favourite day was spent swimming to the shore and then walking completely barefoot to Juan y Andrea, where I had the freshest mojito I have ever tasted.

For tapas, La Bodega in the Old Town is a must; for the most romantic dinner, Ex Xarcu gave us an unforgettable sunset. Beachhouse Ibiza was one of my favourite spots for swimming and clubbing, while La Chiringuita was perfect for a long lunch by the sea — and yes, I even had a beer.

For the full Ibiza feeling, Jondal has it all — beautiful food, swimming, fashion, music and that unmistakable celebrity-style energy. Casa Maca is a wonderful stop for great meat, while Es Molí de Sal near Formentera is worth visiting for its beautiful setting and a perfect sweet break.

And then there is the newly opened Nômade Temple Ibiza, the place that left the strongest impression on me. Its architecture brings together natural stone, wood, handmade terracotta and warm earthy tones, creating spaces that feel deeply rooted in the landscape. There is something beautifully organic about the way the interiors, nature and Mediterranean light flow into one another.

All of this left a lasting impression on me — the colours, textures, architecture, interiors, nature and that effortless way of living. I’m taking a little bit of that Ibiza energy back home with me: feeling refreshed, inspired and ready to step into September and everything new that awaits — new ideas, new projects and new creative journeys.

So no, you don’t go to Ibiza only for the parties. You go for the sea, Formentera, barefoot days, old streets, romantic sunsets, incredible food, boho spirit, beautiful interiors and architecture — and for that rare feeling of being able to reinvent yourself, even for a little while.
