For FRAGMENTI retail concept store in Porto Montenegro, our team designed an interior inspired by memories and travel. The concept is minimal and authentic, using a neutral palette drawn from the Montenegrin landscape, clean geometric forms, and subtle brand details. Microcement surfaces, mirrored elements, and soft color accents create depth, while a compact layout is visually expanded through reflection and light, resulting in a calm and memorable retail experience.
